Prohibited Medications List
Certain medications are generally prohibited for clients to take routinely due to the potential for abuse, sedation, adulteration of drug tests, or diversion for sequestering illegal substances. Plaese prescribe and alternative if necessary.

The Prohibited medications list is subject to change. On intake, unfamiliar and prohibited medications will be researched by staff to determine if it can be dispensed at his facility. If the medication is found to cause false positives or could adversely affect a client's participation in treatment and recovery due to a potential side effect (i.e. sedation), our nurse will contact the licensed professional to determine if a substitute medication is necessary. Any medication that is not allowed to be dispensed in the facility will be stored for 1 days the disposed of properly. The stored medication will be available for pick up during normal business hours only.
